How someone can Secure their Website or web properties on web world if they have hosted their site on Linux server ?

I think all have Website or web properties Security problems if they have hosted their website or other web properties on Linux server. So for that the best solution in today's technology is TSL certificate Installation i.e. Transport Layer Security Certificate and its predecessor is SSL Certificate i.e. Secure Socket's Layer Certificate.
