Spelling Error = 10 px
Field Mismatch / Field Missing / ID Error = 15 px

Record Missing = 50 px
100 px = 1% accuracy
Quality% = (No. of Errors X px = Total px) / 100 = (Error%) 100% - Error%
Payment Mode : Cheque / Wire Transfer / DD
